How it works
A notice board where employers and job seekers find each other on language, skills and availability, and then talk directly.
For job seekers
- Choose practical work, office work or both.
- Filter on your language, hours and place.
- Tap Show interest on a vacancy: WhatsApp opens with a message to the employer.
- Found work? Take your card down on My card.
For employers
- Post a vacancy with the language your team needs.
- Job seekers can contact you directly. Or invite someone yourself: we send a WhatsApp message and the job seeker decides whether to reply.
- You make your own agreements. No agency fees.
- Vacancy filled? Take it down on My card.
Practical work, office work or both
Each vacancy belongs to practical work or office work. As a job seeker you can choose both: you then see all vacancies that fit your languages.
What we do and what we do not do
We do
- Show vacancies and profiles, with filters on language, work and place.
- Make direct contact easy, by WhatsApp or phone.
- Look at reports and take fake vacancies and discrimination offline.
We do not
- Select or propose candidates.
- Make contracts or pay wages.
- Arrange work permits or check documents.
Employer and job seeker are themselves responsible for contracts, screening, work permits and working conditions.
Costs
Job seekers always use the platform for free. Posting vacancies is free for now. There are no banner ads.
